In such cases, we have a straightforward refund policy in place. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a refund, kindly contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the damage. We may request photos of the damaged item to facilitate the refund process. Once your request is approved, we will process the refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that our policy does not allow for returns of opened or unopened products for reasons other than damage. Shipping charges are also non-refundable.
